Our Case Management and Counseling Services works with you one-on-one to assess your needs. We help you to establish personal goals & objectives based on your situation and help you to develop a personal life improvement. We help you to take back control of your life.

We have a Homeless Prevention and Emergency Shelter Service. This is a case managed program that will assist you with temporary shelter, rent/mortgage concerns, and utility payments

Our Career Development and Employment Readiness Services provide you with aptitude and skills assessments, resume development, interview skills, job search to assist securing employment and employment retention coaching, We also sponsor an annual job fair.

? If you need to finish your high school education – our GED program is waiting on you to enroll and get you started now to finish your education. Case managers will connect you to higher education or trade school opportunities in line with your career path. Our program can also prepare you to take college or military entry exams. Classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00PM ? 9:00PM.

We provide referrals to anyone in need of eye, dental, health and mental health care needs. We have on-site diabetes and cardiovascular maintenance and prevention education program. Counseling services are also available.

Your choice of group or one-on-one counseling is available for substance abuse. This includes intervention, education and/or referrals.

We receive referrals and provide mentoring to teens through our partnership with the DeKalb County Juvenile Court (DJJ) as an alternative to juvenile detention. We provide mentorships that help the teens to address life issues that are keeping them from performing. Our program also teaches them anger management, how to improve relationships with parents and how to complete resumes and basic employment readiness skills.
